What is Steemiz ?
Steemiz is an alternative REACT interface for the STEEM blockchain.
Steemiz uses SteemConnect v2 and SteemJS.
Steemiz uses AskSteem for all the search needs.

The project is now open source, if you wish to contribute please let us know.

Funding
The project was self funded by myself and I actually ran out of funds to continue (close to 10K USD). We need your support to continue to develop the project. Any help is welcome, for example :
- Help in the form of commits to develop Steemiz.
- Help in the form of votes on our Steemiz posts.
- Help in the form of resteems and shares.
- Help in the form of adoption of our app.
- Help in the form of following the project.
- Help in the form of donations or delegation of Steem Power.
- Help in the form of comments and reviews to help us improve the app.
What's next for Steemiz ?
If we get enough help we hope to add these features :
- Mobile optimized version
- Mobile app
- Finalize all the basic features (transfers, downvotes, etc).
- In app games where you can use STEEM
- Videos only mode (Youtube mode) for the interface
- Language filter mode (Show only posts in the selected language).
- Bots for users (Auto vote, Auto resteem, etc).
- And anything else that users would want to see.

Everything is flickering, flashing and buggy. Very stupid site. I did not find anything interesting for myself. I've known for a long time that around steem there were programmers who do not know how to work.

Don’t worry, I haven’t flagged or downvoted you. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you were genuinely trying to encourage the poster. An upvote would have been sufficient.
I often reward intelligent comments. I have a lot of Steempower. An upvote from me is worth hundreds of times a normal upvote. I hope I can reward you for intelligent and thought provoking posts in the future.

Well said @swissclive, as beginners, we should try to build a reputation by reading posts and providing honest comments on what we like. We shouldn't be thinking of earning quick in the beginning. Once we start making friends via followers, the money or the upvotes will follow. I suggest participating in contests and giveaways to make ourselves noticed by other Steemians, have a fan base and then the upvotes will come naturally. I like your way of thinking and followed you now.

What's the difference between using Steemit and Steemiz or stage.steemiz.io?
Steemiz display is better than Steemit. The author's name on Steemit are displayed too prominently. There are many other thing about the design that could be made better for both websites. I hope they are both working on making them better.
I'm a bit back to Steemit now that the site works better but in my opinion steemiz look still make more sense than Steemit one.

nd.busy.org is the beta version of the second iteration of busy.org . I suppose that nd.busy.org will become simply busy.org when the developers will decide that it'll be suitable for mainstream. @rok-sivante it

However when I was trying to search for my account there was no result:

Interface looks really nice! Way better than the Steemit interface. But the popup of upvotes you got with the amount you got is not that great. Just a vote is enough, if other people see how much you got from a person they might beg or something.

It's great to have alternatives. Will the site have some branding so that people know it's using Steem? I think we need something that ties them all together. It's not always obvious
This would be nice in the future, whether Steemit Inc. spearheads it or the community just adopts a standard. I envision something like the “Intel Inside” marketing of the computer industry.

All this alternatives, how secure are they?
Anyways, i have few Steems so i am less prone to Phishing!
@the-commentator I reckon that the security issue lies on the steemconnect API , at least for the alternatives that implement the API as a login system.
I do not like the fact that the steemconnect API does not accept the Posting Private Key. Busy.org does. I'm not giving my master key to a site I don't know.

Something is off about this thing. It's been serving up a blank page for over a day now, and look at the number of new accounts leaving the same type of nothing message in the comments.

I've gone through the site and really love it. It's more user friendly with the nice and engaging user-interface. I also love added features like:
-- Being able to search easily for username
-- Being able to search for post by topic
-- The box below the content of post showing related posts
-- Being able to edit post more liberally, adding colors etc...

Yes we do! Steemit.com, Busy.org, Steemz.io ect, are all just different interfaces to the same Steem blockchain. Your data, your posts, still remain intact, no matter what interface you choose to view it with. Think of these different sites simply as different apps to view your posts and those of others.
Why do we need alternatives? Decentralisation makes the platform more resistant to censorship and attacks.
For instance, in the last couple of weeks there was a heavy attack on Steemit.com. The site was not responding or being very slow. But, I could still access my posts and those of others by using Busy.org because it was not under attack.
I forgot writing "better steemit" in my comment.
I meant do we really need alternatives rather than a better steemit itself?

Yes, Steemit could be far better. But it seems to be that the team are busy developing other products.
Sadly no, there is not much you can do about DDOS attacks, it is a "random" thing that you don't know where and when they will strike from. Hence I like the option of have other sites such as busy.org.
