Have been hearing rumours, many discussions, and debates on it. It is always better to have some clarity I guess and finally something of a confirmation. What are the things going to change now?

I'm concerned about the price of steem. At this point better not to sell steems and keep waiting. I don't understand the meaning of decentralization if they can entirely change the coins into something else.
