Visit https://www.steemnow.com, enter your username and enjoy the real-time stats.
A few other changes
- If you have received delegated SP it is now added to your total SP.
- I've added delegated SP and Vests to the account details of users who voted for you.
- Speed improvements.
- Fixed a bug for Firefox users. Everything should run smoothly in all browsers now.

I believe I just read somewhere that it recovers 20% per day.

It is based on your current voting power.
yes. if your voting power is at 75%, it will show you the results of making a 100% vote based on your current voting charge.

1 vote. With a 100% upvote your voting power will be reduced by 2%, reducing the value of the next 100% vote and so on. As your voting power replenishes by 20% per day you can make 10 full 100% votes per day sustainably, keeping your voting power constantly between 80-100%.

I deposited some STEEM converting from some Bitcoin to experiment and then "powered up". I'm assuming this is proving a stake in the network as you can't liquidate it for a certain amount of time.

Mmmmmm, I could say, after going through some of the post regarding we the minnows on this platform, I realized my vote wasn't worth much buh as it is said "little drop of water makes a mighty ocean", its worth 3 cents but I'm hoping for a better reputation so all hopes high.
This is a brilliant feature... Thanks for sharing it with the community... I finally feel worth something with the new hf19 update... I can give 15 cent per upvote now :).

Great tool. It would be interesting if I could change variables.
Ex. How much will my vote be worth if I have x amount of Steem.
I assume you could extrapolate it from what it shows now. Lets say, you now have 100SP and a 100% vote is 10 cent, then with 1000SP it will be 1$. And so on...
Fantastic tool @penguinpablo Is there a simple calculation how long it takes to recharge back to 100%? If so that would be nice to have displayed too.

I'm still learning the power of votes. I personally invested in STEEM, bought with my hard earned income as I believe in this platform long term.

You're incredible. What a fantastic website. So anyone can adjust their voting power by using that tool? Might be fun to vote more often at 75-80% and not have to wait 24 hours to recharge all the time.

Here's some help on paying your taxes: visit http://losthorizons.com and see the testimonials, read the "Bob's Bicycles" article, and learn about form 4852. Buy Pete Hendrickson's book "Cracking the Code" for $25 from the site, and read it. I just finished it, and am blown away by how "hidden in plain sight" our convoluted, but legal, taxation system is.
The gist of it is: if you aren't paid by government, then you don't owe any taxes. "Internal" Revenue Service means "internal" to the government. Those whose paycheck isn't written by a government agency, do not owe any taxes. Their employer is actually committing a crime when they write W2s indicating that the employee "earned wages" because wages are specifically defined in the tax code as being monies paid by government.
It's a system of "voluntary compliance" because you truly do not need to comply! It is set up such that non-taxpayers can elect to be treated as taxpayers, and that's exactly what happens when you file the documents given to you by your employer (or 1099s if you're self-employed, or have a stock account).
This is too small a space to describe it completely. Pete's site has a lot of good info, and of course I recommend his book as well. Good luck to you!
