Unfortunately I haven't made a lot of progress today. But an important milestone was made, and that was connecting to the steem blockchain. Below is a screenshot showing the start of a dashboard for steem within wordpress.

That is the plan. First of all I am working on showing your steem information in the admin area. Then I will work on displaying your steem posts in your wordpress site. And then will work on posting your wordpress articles to steem.
Aha.. That's cool.. Hope the up voting functionality will work fine a modifications.. It's a good experiment indeed
