I always put on paper things I want to remember including things to buy, things to do, things I want to achieve & attain, and so on and so forth. If you want to materialize your dream, writing it down on a paper or notebook is the first step. By doing this simple act, your mind is conditioned and forced to achieve it whatever is the cost.
Doing this saves me a lot of time until now. If you want to be and feel productive, you should have a list of things to do with you. Once you're done with one activity, you can check it off from the list. Do this until everything is crossed out from your list. If for some reason you're not able to complete it, you can move it for tomorrow's checklist.
Also, I mentioned that if you have certain things that you want to achieve in the future, you should have a bucket list. This list contains things you wanna go, achieve, have, and be. Having a dream board is another thing, which you must have. Writing in your diary will document everything happens to you daily or just jot down important stuff so you can refer to them in the future.
Putting things on paper is so powerful as our mind thinks super fast. There is also a possibility that you can forget that great idea if you forget to write it down. So always bring a pen and a small notebook with you. Your smartphone with a built-in notepad will do the job.
