A question - I did add one post to the Promote Steemit Post section. I didn't show up at the My Promoted Posts list. How come?

It's a bug on displaying and we looking into it. This does not effect it showing up in the network but it does in showing you how many used up. It is our first major priority to resolve @ervin-lemark
