Golden greetings and silver salutations! I wanted to briefly chat about a subject that has bothered me for a while. One of my favorite You-Tube silver stacking personalities came to Steemit, got little support, then left. That was @salivatemetal, who last posted about 3 months ago. Salivate may be gone permanently, but I hope not.
Ever since then I worry that when a quality Y-T silverbug finds their way to Steemit, we'll lose them. I wanted to bring up a few accounts that consistently do not receive large payouts (less than a buck), yet put out quality videos that deserve more love. If you are a fan of someone's channel, perhaps you should add them to your auto vote account (I added everyone listed below to mine), if you use one. Let's keep them Steemin'!
I am going to ignore the Metals Mafia for this post. They are awesome, but since @pit-bullion came onto the scene, those guys are catching on like wildfire! Here are a few guys that I feel may be overlooked on Steemit:
@juniusmaltby - Junius Maltby has been around for a while on Y-T. He does lots of economic videos and even has both a silver and a gold coin based on his channel! He also does interviews (he just had @stackinag47 on) and live streams.
@silverfortune - Matt from Silver Fortune makes long, high quality videos on economics and metals. I wonder how long he researches, as his videos can go 40+ minutes, yet it seems like he always knows what he is going to say. It almost seems like everything is written out.
@sbsparts - The Silver Back Stacker is very involved in the You-Tube metals community. He is always giving shout-outs (his musical shout outs are hilarious) and doing trades and promoting others. The guy is just flat out funny and does some high quality videos.
Anyways, follow them on Steemit, check them out on You-Tube, and tell me who else you think is a little known stacking gem!

Maybe he felt his radio gravel-like voice didn't transfer to writing like he thought/wanted. Maybe if he transfers/posts his youtube videos to d-tube, it may ignite the metal clubs/alliances here and bring the salivation nation over.
He's definitely got the best voice out there. I think the problem was that he did not really write. He posted his videos with maybe a sentence of introduction. That was before SSG grew to what it is today.
I'm in full agreement my man. Sbs is a solid dude that puts out good content. He has been a little overlooked. I would encourage people to check him out. Maltby is great dude too and is a stockpile of info. With the community here as small as it is You definitely have to go out of your way to create friendships. I have been telling my guys to not upvote each other for a while and use those votes to reach out of the box and make new friends here. It's been working pretty good 🤜💥🤛

@mikeshuh Salivate did not Bring his A-Game to STEEMIT and hence he Quit Early. We Welcome him when he comes back when STEEM is like $100.00 and then he will bring his A-Game...............
He did not do much writing, that is for sure. He was mostly just copying links to his videos here, which I am guessing is why he did not succeed. I sure hope he comes back sometime.
I agree SBS is overlooked. I love his musical shouts they make me lol. He knows his silver. I have been lucky enough to do some trades and stuff with him. He is an awesome guy!
Those musical shoutouts are so good! He seems like a genuinely good guy too.

I am on YouTube as goudhaantje. I can understand that some YT people will never switch to steem or remain. First of all the high number of views and followers they are used to is incomparable to steemit. On steemit your post drops in the abyss in an hour or so unless you do selfupvote.
Secondly the largest YT channels are from people who we can say are pretty rich already and do not give much about an upvote or the wallet. I myself think that is what is bothering me as well. Posting every day only to get a bot upvote.....why not once a week.
On YT there are people with 10000 followers! Pure gold and silver channels. I follow both. Steemit and YT.
I enjoy both as well. I just do not contribute to YouTube, I mainly listen to videos while working. I just subbed your Y-T channel and I'll be checking out some of your videos.
Nice post, I'm trying to transition myself and will be working on bringing a lot of hopefully good content.

I am very familiar with all the Channels you mentioned, subbed with all of them on YouTube. And I've been subbed with Junius for years as one of my primary influences into Stacking PMs since early 2014. I believe one barrier is that there is so much to learn and understand about this Platform. Personally I have very little spare time and I have sacrificed a lot of my recent hours just to establish a foothold on Steemit at the expense of YouTube. It's hard to make the time to support both.
I completely understand that Steemit has a huge learning curve and it requires a huge time requirement. I've sacrificed sleep to post before. I can't imagine working my day job, writing here, and creating videos for YT. If only I could cut out that damn day job while making enough to live here, life would be perfect! ☺
