¡Hola! Les presento two coins from El Salvador.
The first coin came from a local shop and is made from silver. The front shows the pyramid from their national flag. The back is spelled out, "Twenty Five Cents." The second coin is two cents and came from an Airbnb in San Salvador. It's in great condition.
Now, let's take a look at the front:
El Salvador has limited metals mining. This coin is likely made from imported silver.
Here's the back:
And, now, the second coin. The owner of a place where I stayed in San Salvador had a large bag of these coins. I took a few because El Salvador switched to the $USD as their circulating currency.
