I’m not at all convinced by that caffeine research to be honest just because it invokes exactly the same symptoms and thoughts as anxiety. The sensation goes far beyond the physical feeling and creates similar thought processes. I mean, if the physical and mental sensations are exactly the same then it is for all intents and purposes anxiety i suppose.
I think when I’m eating and living healthy i may feel a slight improvement but in my experience it doesn’t effectively treat the underlying mental condition.
