Thank you so much !! I've done some readings and apparently there are a few theories regarding it. It could be the fact that estrogen has some protective effects towards parkinson's. Some suggested that males are more prone to get brain injury, hence higher chance to develop parkinsonism which is similar to muhammad ali's case.
