When I signed on to this service the deal was to give up one pre-hf19 vote per day.
When they started the guild one vote per day was below my bar to quit.
Now they want to tell me I got to pay and won't answer if I am still giving that one vote per day.
I didn't see any record of the votes on steemd.com so if they were using my votes I had no notification of it.
How do I know if they have been using my vote all along even though I opted out of the guild?
I liked the service, though now I am having second thoughts, even if it was free.
It has been a crutch to keep the names current in my list of authors to read, rather than randomly going down my feed.
If I don't get some answers about my votes then they can count on me not renewing, again.
Can you shed any light on the questions I have?
