I think this will expand too—especially after AI replaces more jobs. There will be no need for companies to maintain that kind of office infrastructure for the few humans they have left on the payroll. I LOVE living away from the city. I wouldn't have necessarily felt that way when I was younger. Now I always breathe a sigh of relief as we're driving out of the chaos and congestion when we have to dip into St. Paul or Minneapolis for errands.
