Guess what...emotions left unexpressed never get processed and released which means they eventually resurface as health conditions, personality disorders, depression, and a plethora of toxic states of being.
Wow this is true and it can be really painful too. One thing I'm used to doing is crying out my pains, especially when I'm not given the opportunity to talk and express myself.
Depression to me, kills faster than aids. Even though everyone has one or two things struggling with, we have to understand how our heart works and learn to caution ourselves.
If something upsets you, express it in a constructive manner.
But what if we don't have the opportunity to do so? Just sharing from experience, some people call expression of mind "nagging" and I so hate to hear that. So I would rather speak it out to myself only and cry out the pain. Thank you Eric
