Fish Tacos
1 pound tilapia or cod
1 tablespoon chili powder

For the tacos:
8 corn tortillas
1 avocado
½ cup sour cream
2 limes

Instructions:

Pat fish dry with a paper towel and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Mix together chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and kosher salt in a small bowl.
Sprinkle seasoning over fish.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, warm tortillas in the oven or on the stovetop.
Slice avocado and squeeze lime juice over it.
Assemble tacos with fish, avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and lime wedges.
