This is a fairly new restaurant.
Lying in the alley 45 Nguyen Thai Hoc is a small restaurant of a Saigon girl selling Hu Tieu Mi.
The shop is extremely simple like many other restaurants in the early days.
What I like in this shop is
-Space: very quiet, cool like alleys in Saigon
-Service: there is a shopkeeper, sometimes 1-2 people with her side, all speak South voice, gentle and pleasant.
-SMELL:
Knowing this shop after 1 post, Facebook said Tuong Den of the shop, because it was because he moved from the South, he rushed to eat right away, not really.
Is the Black type of eating pho still sold in supermarkets but still delicious and delicious.
Broth: Eat ok but not evenly.😊 After 4 times of trying the types, the final is Hu Tieu
