Food Sharing #132- Busby’s Cafe @ Wisemans Ferry, Australia

Hi Everyone,

Our short trip to Wiseman Ferry bought us to this cafe right in the town (not a big town!) We wanted a brunch but due to the limited, we found Busby’s Cafe which had decent reviews when we checked online. When we arrived we were told we could only the morning/afternoon tea menu as we were too late for breakfast and too early for lunch.

Let’s have a look at the menu. As you can see, not many choices due to the time we arrived.

We ordered a latte, a bacon and egg roll and ham & cheese croissants. Here comes the food! The latte came in a tall glass which was nice and perfect to start the day for hubby. Then bacon and egg roll was nice with the nice burger roll. There was plenty of bacon which was a surprise. Lastly was the ham and cheese croissant. We were surprised that it comes in two, I guess the size of each croissant was not that big therefore they have to justify the price we paid for it.

Overall the food was acceptable but the food menu was very limited. The price was cheaper than those in the area but this also reflects on the limited choices. The service here was not fast and not the average service you would expect. We were in a large group with 3 families but that shouldn’t affect their service which was disappointing. There was plenty of seating indoors and outside which would be great if it was summer. I don’t think I will come back again as I would rather try out other cafes or restaurants around the area due to the lack of choices and service even the prices are considered cheap in the area.

大家好！我們去 Wiseman Ferry 期間找到一間餐廳叫 Busby’s Cafe. 因為Wiseman Ferry 呢個鎮比較小所以沒有很多地方讓我們吃東西. 在網上看到這家 cafe 評語不錯所以想試試看. 我們坐下的時候他們告訴我們只有 morning/afternoon tea 餐牌. 我們叫了一杯咖啡，一個火腿蛋包還有火腿芝士牛津包. Latte 可以接受, 火腿蛋包好吃還有很多火腿而火腿芝士牛津包有兩個，比我想像中多. 價錢方面可以接受因為在 Wiseman Ferry 周圍都很貴但我覺得這裡的服務就不是太好. 雖然我們有10 個人 (3 個家庭) 但都應該不會影響到他們的服務. 如果下次再去 Wiseman Ferry 玩都應該不會再去呢家咖啡店 （最主要是服務不好).
