Wow, it is indeed exciting to be here on Steemit with many other great writers! I was a blogger on blogspot.com for many years during my college days back in 2004. I blogged until 2 years ago and then I stopped due to time factor. Being a mother of 3, I find it very difficult to find time to really sit down and pour my heart out like the old good days, but I really hope to be back with Steemit. Waiting for many days for my account to be confirmed here made me anxious, and I hope it would be a motivation for me to be back writing for good!

To start off, let me introduce myself. My name is Hannah Johary and I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am a proud Stay-At-Home-Mom (SAHM), a mother to 3 beautiful daughters. My eldest one is already in Standard 2, the second one is 6 years old - in kindergarten, and the youngest one will be 1 year and 8 months tomorrow, now pulling my hair and putting Lego into my shirt from behind whilst I am typing this. Haha. People always say being a SAHM is easy, there is nothing much to do, no deadlines to chase and no demanding bosses to report to. But having to work for more than 10 years previously, I would say it is pretty much the same, if not more challenging. You will read more about my hectic life in the entries to come.

I will write in a mixture of English and Bahasa Melayu in my future entries, this is because being a Malay, I am obviously better in Malay than in English. Also, pardon my rusty English, I hope that writing here on Steemit on a regular basis will improve my English. I will write about simple things like my daily life, my daughters, places I have been to, and the food I eat (or cook hehe). Other than that, I will also write on parenting tips, married life tips, as well as tips on how to be a good daughter-in-law HAHAHA. I love sharing, I am always a bit 'poyo' when writing but I sincerely hope whatever I share here will be beneficial to all.

Guess this is all for now. My daughter is irritated of playing alone and wants me to play along. Will write more tomorrow. 'Til then, cheers!
