Yesterday, day 15 I failed to post my progress. I only managed 70 squats for the day and didn't even get round to make a post, so I figured I'd roll that into today day 16.
In other to make up for yesterday's under achievement, I worked extra hard today. Starting with a set of 60 squats in the morning, and another set of 60 later on in the day to hit my daily target of 100. However, I wanted to cover my 30 squats missing from day 15, so did another set of 50 in the evening taking my total to 170 squats for the day which is my record so far!
