На початок ХІХ ст. на місці готелю стояли три окремі садиби. У другій половині цього ж століття будівля була власністю родини Дверницьких, з яких походив один з керівників повстання поляків 1831 р. генерал Юзеф Дверницький. 1875 р. на місці садиби вдова сина генерала Іоанна Дверницька побудувала готель, який вирішила назвати «Бель-в’ю», що в перекладі з французької означає «чудовий краєвид». Функціонував готель до 1944 р.
Belle View Hotel
At the beginning of the XIX century. on the site of the hotel stood three separate estates. In the second half of the same century, the building was owned by the Dvernicki family, from which one of the leaders of the Polish uprising of 1831, General Józef Dwernicki, came. In 1875, the widow of General Ioanna Dvernytska's son built a hotel on the site of the estate, which she decided to call "Belle View", which means "beautiful landscape" in French. The hotel operated until 1944.
