Android users are increasingly not easily switch to iOS devices. Their loyalty rate continues to increase, reaching 91 percent.
Android users increased and stabilized since early 2016 ago. In fact, at the beginning of 2014, IOS user loyalty level is still higher than Android.

At that time IOS user loyalty levels reached 83 percent, while Android only 78 percent. That is, Android users more easily switch to iOS when they want to upgrade the phone.

End of 2014, iOS and Android users have the same level of loyalty. So slowly Android user loyalty peaked to be at 91 percent in December 2017.

IOS user loyalty level is actually also increased, but not as massive as Android users. Currently iOS user loyalty is between 85 percent and 88 percent.

It should be noted that this loyalty-level research takes a sample of users in the United States. In addition, Android's own user base is larger than iOS users.
