If you'd told me a decade ago that being murdered by a pack of autonomous robot dogs was a possible reality, I'd ask you who your dealer is because whatever drugs you've smoked causing your schizophrenia must be potent... But now adays I'm looking at that absolutely insane "hypothetical" with a far more serious lens, because as it sits, we're at the start of that type of shit being feasible.

Now imagine that with a machine gun, RPG, flamethrower, shotgun, IED or any other destructive device running at you using overhead drones for ISR / situational awareness and it's own onboard sensors / machine vision / AI hunting you based on your biometrics.. This is not science fiction any more, it's literally only a matter of time before you see these things being used to murder people without a human making the kill chain command order.

Like I said, 10 years ago if you told me that I could be killed by robotic dogs only slightly removed from the fucking Skynet T-xxx series murder bots I'd told you to fuck off... But look at the tiny ass sample size of what is out there I have provided and tell me this isn't something we proooobably should start taking serious. Don't even start me on what china is doing with this technology.. they already have FLEETS of murder dogbots on display... God save us all.

Attack robots are easily disabled by defense robots.
An attack robot/drone has to carry fuel/power and all its ammo to the target.
A concrete defense pillar, with the same weaponry, has none of these limitations.
Further, to disable these robots, a far simpler drone can be used.
Remember Luke taking out AT-ATs on Hoth with a cable flying around the legs? You could get a $10 drone to do that. You can get a lot of $10 drones for the price of one of these.
And those flying, delivery things? They do not work too well if they run into a brick, just hanging around in the sky. A brick, a balloon, and a $10 drone, who's only mission is to get in the way. Or you could replace the brick with a metal mesh net, or a can of spray foam.
Our biggest problem is our "inability" to defend ourselves from our own govern-cements.
