An American judge has ordered Google to manage the access to users' information on servers outside of America, following the search warrant. This order is unlikely to be ordered by Microsoft's trial.
American Magistrate Judge Thomas Wright ordered Google in the court of Philadelphia to transfer the email to the US-based server in the US so that the FBI agent can review it.
