Hello and what's up Everyone! It's me again your friend @thinkvincent and its been a long time for no see and no chat. I'm here again because I want to share something new special and important moments in my On-the-Job training.

This actually happened on the exact day of July 12, 2018,thursday, a week before, and i hope this is not too late. This is actually my/our last activity, since we are going to end this training also within this week 😁

For those who don't know yet what training i was working with as an ON-THE-JOB tranee, i'm a Radio broadcaster apprentice in technical services in a particular radio station. This radio station is also popularly known as RPN sister of CNN chan 9 phlippines. We dont have products in our station but we do many offers like broadcasting important informations and programs live.

We specifically broadcast national manila programs like DWIZ and RADYO ASENSO for regional distribution in visayas part in the Philippines.

Obviously, you can see a very relax situation at this time since our program is not live in the station but it's only a HOOK-UP through online portal from manila (RADYO ASENSO AND DWIZ).

On this chill moments, we make ourselves enjoy a little bit by using social media sites and listening to our favorite musics and bands.

Some people says,

Your training is very simple and boring

If i were to answer, it's not all about how better is other company compared to ours, the most important is the knowledge we gathered and the people inspired us to continue or pursue our dreams in life.

Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work

No matter how small is your company or working area, the most important is YOU REALLY LOVE WHAT YOU'RE DOING. Also important is how comfortable you are on the Job and how willing you are to accept and learn new knowledge even from the smallest people or company. 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Indeed, I really love my training. I love the people itself that sorrounds us and the atmosphere of friendly workmates that really leads to wonderful cooperations in every activities and assignments in the company.

As what you've seen in the photo above, we are obviously operating a live on air program (LOCAL PROGRAM). We are currently on the other side of anchor booth which is the technicians booth doing pluggings of commercials and other programs.

I can say that this training of mine is very appropriate or fit in the field i was studying, ELECTRONICS COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING. I learn many important things that not being taught in school mostly interms of Radio signal communication and data transmission. This Training of mine also helps me to boost my self-esteem by accepting and answering incoming calls for inquires and other services through telephone.
