• Type services.msc and Press Enter key on your keyboard.
• Scroll down to Services named SuperFetch.
• Right-Click on SuperFetch and Select Properties.
• Select the Stop button to Stop the Service & Select Disabled in Drop Down Window. 
• Click Apply.

Now 100% Disk on your Windows10 Will gone for ever.
