สวัสดี ชาว Thai Steemians ที่รัก
วันนี้ผมต้องการพูดถึง "ความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม“ ของทุกคนในชุมชน ซึ่งมันสำคัญมากๆ ก่อนหน้านี้ผมได้ดูจากหลายๆ account ที่ได้เขียนบล็อก และผมก็รู้สึกประหลาดใจที่ได้เห็นหลายๆคนในชุมชนไทย ได้กระทำผิดหลายอย่าง และหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้พวกเราเห็น โดยการไม่ใช้ #thai พวกเขาได้โพสต์ 3 โพสต์ต่อวัน โดยใช้ #thai #tasteem และสุดท้ายคือ #artisteem ซึ่งพวกเขา ต้องการรางวัล จากทั้งสามการประกวด ซึ่งคุณก็ไม่ได้ทำผิดอะไรเลย ที่ทำแบบนั้น แต่ปัญหาคือ เมื่อคุณโพสต์เป็นภาษาไทย ไม่ว่าจะลง tasteem หรือ artisteem คุณกลับไม่ได้ใส่ #thai ซึ่งการกระทำเช่นนี้ คุณอาจจะคิดว่า เป็นเรื่องไม่สำคัญ แต่มันเป็นการทำให้ ความนิยมของชุมชนไทย ตกต่ำ และนั่นจะส่งผลให้ ทุกคนในชุมชน ได้รับรางวัลน้อยลง ในภายหลัง ดังนั้นผมจึงขอพูดอีกครั้ง เมื่อไรก็ตาม ที่คุณเขียนเป็นภาษาไทย ไม่ว่าจะลงแพลทฟอร์มไหน ผมขอความร่วมมือ ให้ใส่ #thai ซึ่งนั้่นหมายถึง คุณได้มีส่วนร่วม ในการพัฒนาชุมชนไทย และจะทำให้ชุมชนนี้ เติบโต และคุณเองที่ได้ประโยชน์ และผมต้องบอกคุณอีกครั้งว่า การใช้ #thai ไม่ใช่การเลือกข้าง หรือกลุ่ม หรืออะไรก็ตาม ที่เคยมีใครบางคน บอกคุณก่อนหน้านี้ และยังคงพูดอยู่ใน discord ของ artisteem การใช้ #thai คือการใช้ภาษาไทย เมื่อไรก็ตามที่คุณเขียนโพสต์ เป็นภาษาไทยใน tasteem , artisteem หรือ dtube คุณจำเป็นต้องใช้ #thai พร้อมกับ tag อื่นๆ ไม่ว่าคุณจะเขียน 1 หรือ 10 โพสต์ ต่อวัน คุณจะต้องใช้ #thai นั่นถือว่าคุณ มีหน้าที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่ง ของชุมชนไทย นอกจากนี้ หลังจากที่ผม เช็คโพสต์ใน Tasteem และ Artisteem ผมก็ได้พบกับ การกระทำผิดหลายอย่าง เช่น การคัดลอกบทความ จากผู้อื่น การ สแปม และพฤติกรรม ที่ไม่ดีต่างๆ ผมเห็นบางคนได้โพสต์ลง Tasteem เมื่อ 3 เดือนที่แล้ว และชนะการประกวด และสามเดือนให้หลัง เขาก็ยังโพสต์บทความอันเดิม ที่เคยโพสต์ไปแล้ว และได้รางวัลอีกครั้ง และนี่ก็เป็นสแปม อีกอย่างหนึ่ง นอกจากนั้น ผมเห็นหลายคนใช้ภาพจากข้างนอก โดยไม่มีการใส่ที่มา อ้างอิง ซึ่งภาพเหล่านั้น เป็นของคนอื่น และผมยังเห็นคนไทยหลายคน ที่ไม่ได้เก่งภาษาอังกฤษมากนัก โพสต์ใน Tasteem global โดยใช้ข้อมูลเดิม ที่เคยโพสต์ใน Tasteem-th ซึ่งผมสามารถบอกได้ว่าใคร ได้กระทำผิดบ้าง และยังเห็นบางคนใช้ account หลายๆอัน เพื่อให้ได้รางวัลหลายครั้ง การกระทำผิดแบบนี้ เกิดขึ้นหลายครั้ง เมื่อพวกเขาไม่ได้ใช้ #thai เพราะพวกเขาคิดเองว่า คนอื่นๆจะไม่เห็นมัน และพวกเขาก็ได้รับประโยชน์ จากการ upvote แบบอัตโนมัติ ซึ่งโพสต์นั้น ก็ไม่ได้มีคุณภาพ ผมอยากบอกว่า การกระทำเช่นนี้เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้ บทความภาษาไทย และรวมถึงทั้งระบบของ steem แพลทฟอร์ม ตกต่ำ หากคุณเคยสงสัยว่าเงิน steem มีค่าขึ้นมาได้อย่างไร คุณค่าของ steem นั้น ก็มาจากบทความ ที่มีคุณภาพ และสร้างสรรค์ ที่พวกคุณไ้ด้โพสต์ ลงไปในบล๊อก ของคุณนั่นเอง ซึ่งถ้าพวกเราหลายคน ยังมีความโลภ และพยายามหาเงินง่ายๆ จากความมักง่ายของตน และการกระทำผิด มันก็จะส่งผลให้ ที่แห่งนี้ ไม่มีข้อมูลอะไร ที่เป็นประโยชน์เลย และจะเสื่อมความนิยมลง และคุณเองที่เสียประโยชน์ ซึ่งหากคุณมีพฤติกรรมเหล่านั้น ขอจงระวังผลที่ตามมา หาก Cheetah, Steemcleaners และ Spaminator มาตรวจพบคุณ เท่าที่ผมทราบมา มีหลายๆคน โดนแบล็คลิส จากการกระทำที่ผิด และเมื่อมันเกิดขึ้น account ของคุณ จะไม่สามารถ รับรางวัลได้อีกต่อไป และคุณจะสูญเสีย reputation ดังนั้น เพื่อตัวคุณเอง เพื่อชุมชนไทย ที่เป็นผลประโยชน์ของคุณ โปรดมีความรับผิดชอบต่อส่วนรวม

ถึงกับต้องไปรีบเช็คโพสต์ของตัวเองเลยทีเดียว...แต่ตามที่เข้าใจคือเมื่อไหร่ที่เขียนภาษาไทยก็ต้องมีแท๊กไทย #thai ตลอด ไม่ว่าจะเขียนที่แพลตฟอร์มไหนก็ตาม
เพราะช่วงนี้ที่แท็กลิส จากประมาณ 250 แท็ก และ #thai แท็กเคยอยู่ ลำดับที่ 90 ตอนนี้ล่วงลงไปอยู่ที่ ลำดับที่ 202 เป็นไงคะ ดูแย่เน้อะ...เอ รึว่าพวกเรา เข้าใจไปว่า ลำดับที่เยอะที่สุด หมายถึงดีที่สุด..

It would help if some foreigners could help us by writing in Thai language!!
We have the Lao members but not many people post regularly!
Why some Thai and Lao people have stopped posting so long now?!

อันที่จริงแล้ว มันเกิดมาจากหลายสาเหตุ แต่สาเหตุหลักๆก็คือ ราคาสตีม ทำให้ผู้คนไม่อยากโพสต์เพื่อเงินแค่เล็กน้อย...เหตุผลต่อมา ถ้าคุณติดตามโพสต์ของคุณ @adogcreation คุณจะเห็นสถิติของแท็กลิส ในช่วงเดือนที่เขาโพสต์ ก็จะรู้ได้อย่างชัดเจนว่าเป็นเพราะเหตุใด
สำหรับสมาชิกชาวลาว ช่วงหนึ่งก็กำลังไปได้ดี (เอ๊ะ..รึว่าเราคิดไปเอง) เราก็พยายามอย่างเต็มที่ เพื่อช่วยให้พวกเขาเติบโต และเป็นอิสระจากชุมชนไทย...แต่ความพยายามของเรามันคงไม่มากพอมั๊ง ก็เลยสูญค่า ถึงได้แย่ลงแบบที่เห็น และกลับกลายเป็นคนไม่ดี ทำให้พวกเขาเสียศักดิ์ศรีที่ต้องโพสต์ในไทยแท็ก...บางครั้งสิ่งที่เราคิดว่าดีและถูกต้อง อาจไม่ดีสำหรับคนอื่นก็ได้นะ
You are right! It’s the financial reward which is very low at the moment!
From what I read from my Lao friend, some has run out of ideas of what to post. They feel they run out of things to take photos of and don’t know what to post!!
I think when the price of Steem is much higher, they will come back.
Some Thais have been spending more energy on Weku site with daily posts. A very unwise investment decision, I think.

What people don't understand is on Weku they may never see the color of the money, because right now Weku doesn't have the funds to pay them. Also, Weku will never get to the level of Steem, as Steem is one of the top 3 platforms in the world. If you look back at Golos it was at its best at 0.60$ and it is today at 0.01$ and from an international platform, it is now only Russian. Same will happen with Weku and will end up as Chinese. They may like to work for free, if it is the case they may try Facebook too. 555 I am joking :)
Greed is the root of silly decisions! I feel that Weku was rather funny and strange from the beginning! Cloning of Steemit format, but it’s technical side is not that strong. It went down almost a day last week. Those Thais who followed their leaders to Weku would be shocked when they could not get any real rewards, even though their reputations are very high.

The rules are Curie Thai will upvote one post a day per person depending on the quality and if follow the rules but the number of posts is not limited. Seems that a few people are misunderstanding and mixed Curie upvotes and number of posts.

เราคิดว่าคงจะมีการเจ้าใจผิด คงจะเกี่ยวกับคิวรี่...คุณจะโพสต์วันละกี่โพสต์ต่อวันก็ได้ค่ะ แต่สำหรับคิวรี่จะโหวตได้เพียงคนละหนึ่งโพสต์ต่อวันเท่านั้น.
อ่อครับ ผมเข้าใจตั้งแต่เริ่มโพสต์ว่าให้ใส่ #thai โพสต์ได้วันละโพสต์แต่แรกแล้ว ตอนนี้เข้าใจแล้วครับ

Wow! This is happening! Very shocking! Not very wise thing to do to damage one’s own reputation!
The division started because there was not enough transparency about the distribution of rewards, as some people might think it was not fair and only favorite accounts always get the rewards, favoritism.
Some perhaps think that leaders get most of the rewards and did not put these back into the accounts to increase voting power, in order to be able to give more rewards to followers’ posts! If this could be cleared up, this could no longer be the reason for creating misunderstanding.
The compensation issue of those working for the community will always be a sensitive point. I think people should not work for free, but the agreements were not transparent. Some envious people can easily use this to create division.
Everything follows karmic law, so I just wait and see. Hope that the division can disappear one day.

Yes, it is happening to a bigger scale than we thoughts. We are well aware of the fact that division was the result of some kind of jealousy mostly driven by one person. We get some rewards to take care of the community and it is not big at all. People have no idea about the amount of work that is involved. About favoritism, I really don't get it because we upvote people on the quality of their posts and never look at the name or even "side", the criteria to get upvoted is the #thai and the quality of the post. But I also know that there was a lot of fake news from the same person. We are not about money if we were when people come to complain to us about the same person bad behaviors as a Tasteem curator, and we bring the problem to the light, we can have taken the position but instead, we choose to give the chance to one people that weren't following us. I think we are more than fair we have no side and upvote whoever is following the rules with no distinction of who is doing what. We are not here to look at what people think. I also, encourage all community members to apply for some curator positions, they are many apps that require curators and we will recommend them if needed. Those who are in needs of power at all cost have applied at many apps. After concerning all the "fake news" we really don't give it a follow, only when we have some people complaining we have to step in. For this person, many of his followers have come forward to complain of abuses, so we've done our job. After, knowing the guy I am well aware that he continues to spit his venom on us and I have to say that it is his own problem we don't give it a thought. Jealousy has always been a problem in humanity and the best is to not look at it and keep doing our job for the good of our community. About the power up issue, we just added 2500 Steem to Tookta account, but the way I see things is it has to be not only one side, but most of the people in the community are also just keep withdraw and don't bring any good, they have to understand that it is a community work and everyone has is part of responsibility to play in the wealth of the community. On the other hand, we cannot tell them what to do with their earnings, so we have to deal with it. Life and even virtual life is never easy but time always brings the light.

Greed is a weak point which can be manipulated by other people. I see some people hardly power up at all so their earnings will remain small. This is individuals’ investment or non-investment decision.
Good to know that the Thai account got more voting power. I see that the curator of Tasteem gets a generous compensation for the job. This is why there’s so much division about rewards distribution.
I think this is a real test for the Thai people here whether they would have the wisdom to see the right way and do the right things in this platform.
Could I ask you about Weku?
There are several Thai people there. Are that platform tokens really worth people’s effort?! It’s a Chinese base with future ICO. The format is similar to Steemit. Is it a good investment of time to earn some tokens from Weku?
Astrologically or superstitiously speaking, I don’t think the sound of the name is that auspicious. The vibes are not right somehow!

To maintain the community and make things work in the best interest of all is a difficult task but we work at it. For Weku, I already look at it and I always think about why these people cannot make something that is not a Steem clone. I really don't see it as a future success story, it takes time to arrive at the same level than Steemit and may never be at this level. Steem is one of the top three blockchain in the world. In fact, Weku reminds me of Golos, that is a clone of Steemit but they have changed their interface since then. Today it is only Russian, Weku maybe the same in the Chinese way. I am quite confident that Steemit is far ahead. But this is my opinion and I am not a fortune teller, so it is difficult to say for sure.

There is no problem if people use the English language they don't have to use #thai. After for many posts that are a copy from an older post or use the external sources without telling it. It is against quality Steem rules.
