lol - that was one of my crazy landlords in San Diego who did not want me using the common areas. One of the many reasons I was so happy to see the last of this place.
I took the photo for court when I placed a restraining order on him. Only he and I knew that he was referring to "invisible people" who he could not stop from hurting me. The judge took it as an actual threat and granted the order.
Glad to see you able to post. It's been a strange ride here this week.

It's standard language and he had to keep so many feet away, not interfere with my right of way, and a few other things. He went to jail 3 times on it within a month. He was very unstable and did things such as taping off and bungee-cording entire rooms of the common areas, turning off the utilities, and putting up more threatening notes while this was in effect. The police could not believe it when they got there and just took him out right away. Fun times!
howdy back fitnfun...oh my gosh what a whack job! lol. I wonder if he is still trying to be a landlord because that guy shouldn't even be around people! wow. I'm so sorry you had such bad memories of San Diego and I think that's just one of them right?

Yes, this is just one of the difficult memories. The next landlord after this was worse. I was best friends with SDPD for a year solid between the two of them.
I do not think this guy rented again after me. He started trying to get rid of me about 30 minutes after I moved in by blasting music in my windows. He was mentally ill and saw invisible people. He used to wake me up in the middle of the might so I would go chase them off for him.
I was very glad to take off in an airplane when the day came. But I have the fit-in-fun attitude in life, so any day I wake up is a good one :)

Thank you! I have done some posts about this time. I'm pretty free-ranging here. But I am trying to stick to the weight loss and health theme as much as I can. Big fail!
