Workshop done...
Again, a very “positive experience”, we have "put a face" to some remote colleague and we have worked on 3 Brainstorming sessions for organizational improvement of dubious effectiveness…
Most likely, most of the proposals that have been made to solve problems will boomerang back to us, generating even more workload.
But the best of all is that it's over and we're on our way home...I think we'll arrive at midnight...

It's worthwhile to know that the workshop was a success. It's funny to see that most of the things you learnt might not be put into practice. Workshop is just good as it makes you meet new connection where you can share ideas and work things out together.
