Seitdem der neue Allzeithoch von fast 112.000 Dollar erreicht wurde, ist der Bitcoin-Kurs stark gefallen. Damit hat die digitale Währung über 6.000 Dollar verloren, seit sie am 22. Mai ein neues Kursrekord erreicht hat.
Trotzdem sind auf fundamentaler Ebene viele positive Dinge für Bitcoin passiert. So wurde letzte Nacht bekannt, dass einer der größten Fußballclubs der Welt auf einen Bitcoin-Standard umgestiegen ist.
Damit können wir einen großen Namen zur Liste der Bitcoin-Unternehmen hinzufügen, eine Liste, die derzeit sehr schnell wächst. Unter der Führung von Strategy kaufen Unternehmen weltweit riesige Mengen an Bitcoin.
Seit dem Tief am 7. April ist Bitcoin immer noch bei weitem die am besten performende Anlage auf dem Markt. Die Renditen der großen Börsenindizes kommen nicht einmal in die Nähe der von Bitcoin.
Gestern wurde bekannt, dass ein US-amerikanischer Richter die weltweiten Zölle von Donald Trump für ungültig erklärte.
Damit würde sich Trump natürlich nicht zufriedengeben. Anschließend kam ein höherer Richter, der entschied, die Entscheidung des unteren Gerichts vorübergehend aufzuheben. Die Zölle dürfen mindestens 14 Tage bestehen bleiben.
Und so bleibt die Realität veränderlich und spielt mit dem Markt, was viel Unsicherheit schafft.
Der bekannte Krypto-Trader James Wynn sorgt mit einer Milliardenwette auf Bitcoin für Aufsehen. Mit einer 40-fach gehebelten Long-Position über 7.500 BTC spekuliert er auf einen deutlichen Kursanstieg der digitalen Leitwährung.
Die Position entspricht aktuell einem Volumen von rund 1,25 Milliarden USD, abgesichert durch lediglich 20,6 Millionen USD Eigenkapital.
Neben Einzelakteuren wie Wynn setzt auch Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman von Strategy (früher MicroStrategy), seinen Bitcoin-Kaufkurs fort. Seit dem 18. Mai hält Strategy 576.230 BTC.
Trades wie jener von James Wynn sind das Paradebeispiel für die volatilen Risiken im Krypto-Markt. Mit extremem Hebeltrading können binnen Minuten Millionen gewonnen – oder verloren – werden.
Doch abseits solcher Hochrisikostrategien bleibt Bitcoin für langfristige Investoren attraktiv.

Nevertheless, many positive things have happened for Bitcoin on a fundamental level. For example, last night it was announced that one of the world's biggest soccer clubs has switched to a Bitcoin standard.
This adds a big name to the list of Bitcoin companies, a list that is currently growing rapidly. Led by Strategy, companies around the world are buying massive amounts of Bitcoin.
Since the low on April 7, Bitcoin is still by far the best-performing investment on the market. The returns of the major stock market indices aren't even close to Bitcoin's.
Yesterday, it was announced that a US judge had invalidated Donald Trump's global tariffs.
Of course, Trump wouldn't be satisfied with that. Subsequently, a higher judge ruled to temporarily overturn the lower court's decision. The tariffs may remain in place for at least 14 days.
And so reality remains fluid and plays with the market, creating a great deal of uncertainty.
Well-known crypto trader James Wynn is causing a stir with a billion-dollar bet on Bitcoin. With a 40x leveraged long position of 7,500 BTC, he is speculating on a significant price increase for the digital reserve currency.
The position currently corresponds to a volume of around USD 1.25 billion, secured by just USD 20.6 million in equity.
In addition to individual players like Wynn, Michael Saylor, Executive Chairman of Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy), is also continuing his Bitcoin buying spree. Strategy has held 576,230 BTC since May 18.
Trades like James Wynn's are a prime example of the volatile risks in the crypto market. With extreme leverage trading, millions can be won – or lost – within minutes.
But beyond such high-risk strategies, Bitcoin remains attractive for long-term investors.

Der muss sich wohl auf einer anderen Börse mit einer short abgesichert haben.
Wie immer sehr spannende Thesen, aber die Wynn Position ist doch schon am Freitag liquidiert worden, habe ich glaube ich wo gelesen.
Wie auch immer, mit Hebel Tradern, oder auch "Glücksrittern" wie ich sie nenne, hält sich mein Mitleid ohnehin in Grenzen.
Mein persönliches Fazit.
Solche Positionen werden IMMER liquidiert werden bevor sie greifen, dafür sorgen gewisse Teilnehmer am Markt schon, wobei wir wieder bei den Kursmanipulationen wären, die es eben überall gibt und im Kryptosektor halt immer noch relativ leicht sind.
Wie immer nur meine persönliche Meinung. 😉

Soweit ich gelesen habe hat er irgendwie noch eine Position von 55 Millionen Dollar offen. Ich persönlich verstehe auch nicht warum man so sein Geld verzockt.
Aber der Typ gehört ja nicht zu meinen Gründen warum nächste Woche Bitcoin abhebt. Ich glaub der Mond ist der ausschlaggebende Grund 😇
