Curation project quick update

Hi guys, quick update - currently @tipu curations are using too much voting power so I'm limiting the voting mana for curators in order to recover the voting power - we're gonna need it in good cause :) Thank you for your work!

hey, I am noticing that self curation with tipu seems to be not working anymore. Is this correct? Having been able to tip one's own posts with every tenth tipu curation was a good incentive overall, reducing it to 0 will probably lead to the few remaining tipu curators to stop curating. Are there any plans to revive this project?

Can one delegate to you and if so how do one do that,the least HP to delegate and what do one stand to gain if done.
