Pataconazo con carne y queso
Hola ..Saludos para todos .Hoy les traigo un contenido de una recetica muy criolla , común en la zona occidental de Venezuela mejor dicho en el Estado Zulia . En efecto la prepare para compartir con mi querida hermana Chiquinquirá que fue a visitarme y pues aprovechamos el momento para conversar mientras la iba preparando .y como los ingredientes que la conforman son sencillos , se las comparto hoy:

Hello ... Greetings to all. Today I bring you a content of a very Creole recipe, common in the western part of Venezuela better said in the State of Zulia. In fact I prepared it to share with my dear sister Chiquinquira who came to visit me and we took the opportunity to talk while I was preparing it, and as the ingredients that make it are simple, I share it with you today:
INGREDIENTES:
🍌 4platanos verdes
🧄 Ajo al gusto
🧂Sal
Aceite para freír
🥩 Agrandandole una tacita de carne mechada
🧀1/4 queso blanco
🍚 Mayonesa opcional
🍅 Salsa de tomate kechup opcional
INGREDIENTS:
🍌 4green bananas
🧄 Garlic to taste
🧂Salt
Oil for frying
🥩 Enlarging a small cup of shredded beef
🧀1/4 white cheese
🍚 Mayonnaise optional
🍅 Optional kechup tomato sauce
MODO DE PREPARACIÓN :
☑️ Una vez lavados los plátanos , quitarles la cáscara o concha y picar los a la mitad
☑️ Colocar en una Sartén aceite y cuando esté caliente vertir los plátanos picaditos a la mitad , seguidamente voltearlos hay que estar pendiente; que queden bien cocidos para que al momento de aplastarlos no se rompan.
☑️ Una vez aplanados se colocan los ajos previamente machacados con un poco de sal y volver a pasarlos a la sartén para que queden doraditos.
☑️Se colocan los plátanos aplanados como si fueran unas tapas, se coloca una, encima se le agrega la carne mechada, luego el queso y por último la salsa y la mayonesa al gusto; listo y se cierra con otra tapa; y a comer se ha dicho.😁

METHOD OF PREPARATION :
☑️ Once the plantains are washed , remove the peel or shell and chop them in half.
☑️ Place in a frying pan oil and when it is hot pour the chopped plantains in half , then turn them over you have to be aware; that they are well cooked so that when crushing them do not break.
Once they are flattened, place the garlic previously crushed with a little salt and return them to the pan so that they are golden brown.
Place the flattened plantains as if they were lids, place one, add the larded meat on top, then the cheese and finally the sauce and mayonnaise to taste; ready and close with another lid; and let's eat it 😁.
