It was our last night in Puerto Rico and we had only had skimppy veggie tacos from a truck near our hostel- but then while leaving the beach, got a ride to Nacho Libre from our hostel Mama! She was raving about it, saying they definitely had vegan options!
He got the fajitas and I got the burrito (we shared both) and it was phenomenal! There was a shelf (not pictured) with tons of homemade sauces, some veryyyyy spicy! They also had a jar of pickled jalepenos and carrots, everything in that jar was HOT!
The owner of the restaurant had just flown in with his wife and mother-in-law and greeted every table, introduced himself, and made everyone comfortable knowing they need anything, he's got you covered!
SAYS VEGAN ON THE MENU!!! AND got to enjoy live music!

(The only late night restaurant we went to with vegan options in P.R., so this was a big deal for us!)
