Hello fellow Steemians,

View of the renowned Monastery Garden in Litomysl. Litomysl is a picturesque historic town located in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. Famous for numerous architectural jewels, the historic center of the town is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, making the town a sought-after tourist destination. Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words. I will then go through your submissions and upvote those that meet the requirements. Let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

I am really happy to see more and more great photos being submitted to this challenge every day. Tuesday was no exception, we had several awesome entries featured in the photo challenge, including this amazing and well-composed shot by our regular contributor @dmytrokorol with the following description:

The Wall. Autumn evening in Český Krumlov is one of my best memories in Czech Republic. The castle in this beautiful town is quite impressive. It is built on the rock, and its walls rise high above the town.

A couple of days ago, I published an image of the John Lennon Wall. Today I am sharing other photo of this interesting place from a different perspective. In the image the upper limit of the wall occupies the main diagonal. In one part of the photo you can see the colorful graffitis in the other part just a regular house.

This is my kind of "art photo" by my bf ;) He took this funny photo in front of charming Chateau Libeň, Prague. Also it is a popular place for wedding ceremonies, because of the interior which is decorated with beautiful frescoes.

I need to make my way over there at some point. Have a good one. Tomas

Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul, a majestic neo-Gothic church found at the top of Vysehrad. Located at a rocky promontory above the Vltava River, Vysehrad is one of the oldest parts of Prague, dating back to the middle of the 10th century. I took this shot on a grey winter day in January 2016.

One of my most favourite parts of Prague!

Would you like to drink some Czech beer? :)
Old Town Square in Prague. It's ancient buildings and magnificent churches, this is one of the most beautiful historical sights in Europe. Shot in 2015. Enjoy:)Oh yes, perfectly as always @czechglobalhosts

Absolutely:)... That is the best part about the Czech Republic, lol.... As a matter of fact I am getting some tonight for sure:)

The tower was built from 1985 to 1992. The height of the tower is about 216 meters, which is considered to be the tallest building not only in the city, but throughout the Czech Republic. It is visible from all corners of Prague. It is also worth noting that it combines a meteorological station and a mobile tower.
In 2000, David Black came up with the idea of planting on the tower a dozen huge black dolls, like "crawling"

What a great information! Thank you so much. Tomas

Building of the Museum of South Bohemia in Ceske Budejovice (Dukelská str. 242/1). It was built in the Renaissance style from 1898 to 1901 and made accessible to the public in 1903. At the present, this museum focuses on natural and social sciences.

Last time I was in Brno, a childhood friend who is now working in Czech Republic, invited me for a drink at a very interesting place. Bar Ktery Neexistuje - translated it mean Bar That Doesn't Exist. Very nice atmosphere, kind staff, and colourful shelves full of bottles.
P.S. They serve perfect coffee, and very big selection of whiskey! :)
Cheers

That looks like a really cool place!

This is the view from the metronome in Prague. You are overlooking Old Town. You can see the Church of Our Lady before Týn on the right og the picture and Old Town Hall near the center. There are a lot of shopping centers as you walk down the road.

Thank you so much for your paritcipation and entry. Tomas

If it does not work most simultaneously to visit several places on zakayete. To you can try to combine them into photos. Before the trip I bought a telephoto lens and used it all the time. This has turned into a kind of game. Find a point, so that there are several architectural monuments on one line)

Thank you for your entry. Hav a good one. Tomas

The view of Prague at night from the castle, it was a beautiful sight. Lots of tourists climb the side walls near the castle to take pictures and take in the views.

This photo was made two weeks ago in Restaurant and pension Obří sud Javorník - new modern restaurant with delicious specialities and exclusive drinks. There is also Bobsled track which is 1100 metres long. Not far from this building is snowpark.

That looks like a very intresting place!

Taking a stroll on famous streets in Prague was definitely one of the best things to do. The cobbled streets around the historic sites add a touch of the olden era. However, as you move away from the old town Prague is every bit modern.

Very expensive street:)

Today I'll show you another great view to the Strekov castle. The Strekov Castle is atop of a mountain above the River Elbe, near the city of Usti nad Labem in the Czech Republic. The castle was built in the 14th century to protect the waterway on the river. You can visit the castle every day to enjoy its impressive views.

What a stunning image once again! I love it!

I love these Mix between historical Architecture and some kind of "surreal art" on this Photo. I didn't remember exactly where I took this picture. It was a nice Garden with many old buildings and some peacocks around there... Maybe @czechglobalhosts know this Place exactly... ✌️

We took the below picture of Municipal House in Prague during our visit. From memory it was the only day we didn't have sunny weather so we decided to do something in the city instead so we can always stay indoors at shops if need be. The exterior of Municipal House is really pretty with some nice picture at the front.

I think I'll never get tired of this view. I took this from Letna Park in Prague 7 and the last bridge you see is the Charles Bridge. I took this picture in October but even now you can go there to see the sunset. Speaking of that, I need to go again and take some pictures of that winter sunset!

I don't have a picture to share but I've noticed a lot if pictures on Steem are not posted by the owner. All you have to do is right click on the picture or long press on the phone and click "search Google for this image" people should not get credit for something they didn't do. My wife @justjessica actually showed me this the other day

You are absolutely right! I do my screening when in doubt to minimize the plagiarism on Steemit. I think all of us that are serious about this platform should pay more attention to this. Have a great day. Tomas

Romy

That looks beautiful..

Thank you for selecting my work, Tomas! I am honored!

Hehe, great contest. I have been to Prague several times, even lived there for 3 months once. Can't say that I have many pictures of it, and those that I do are probably as blurry as my vision was, plus most of it could be way over the PG13 rating :P But it is great to see pictures from this post, so good luck and best wishes from Bosnia!
