Oklahoma City (OKC) is becoming a top destination in the US, and quickly becoming one of the nicest cities as well!
Oklahoma has everything from:
- Bicktown Riverwalk
- NBA Team (OKC Thunder)
- Six Flags' Frontier City amusement park
- White Water Bay water park
- World class Zoo that continues to expand
- International Airport (coming in 2023)
- Newly renovated River that has become an Official Olympic Training Center
- OKC RiverSport (with White Water Rafting, Surfing, Indoor Skiing, Zipline, and more!)
- Also tons of indoor and outdoor Shopping & Restaraunts
- Casinos (Including the largest Casino in the world Winstar
- Lakes (Some amazing lakes in the city and outside of the city)
OKC is right in the middle of the state, and also the cross point of all major interstates in our country!
Now one of my favorite places to take the family is downtown to the Riverwalk in Bricktown!
With tons of things to do from a two-story arcade at Brickopolis, which also has outdoor mini-golf, to a huge movie theatre, and then every restaurant, club, and bar you could think of!
We also have one of the best NBA teams in the country the OKC Thunder!
And if you're looking for some fun activities to do with the family we have a Six Flags amusement park called Frontier City & White Water Bay water park.
Also since then the amusement park Frontier City & Whitewater Bay have been taken over by Six Flags!
The OKC Zoo is always expanding, and more funds have been allocated to continue growing this amazing zoo.
OKC also has made major improvements to the airport with International travel coming in 2023.
Moving on we have one of the BIGGEST upgrades to the city... The RIVER!
Which includes OKC Riversport.
Then closer to the city Scissortail Park has been added...
Which is right next to the new Convention Center!!
The city has also approved more expansions too like a multi-use Soccer stadium for our professional team.
There are also tons of shopping indoor and outdoor!
North OKC has recently added Chisholm Creek, which Gordon Ramsay will be building a new Hell's Kitchen here as well!
There are also a ton of other fun activities popping up all over the city like Top Golf, iFly indoor skydiving, and much more!
Near OKC there are many Casinos, but 2 of the largest are Riverwind & Firelake Grand!
But if you head south down I-35 you will find the largest Casino in the world, Winstar World Casino!!
Now around the city you can find many lakes, but if you drive a little further you will find a lot bigger lakes as well for all types of recreation. From fishing, to boating, water-skiing, and anything else you could think of!
And these are only some of the MANY lakes in Oklahoma!
