Looks like it. He is still pretending that this account is separate from the others though in his "apology". The more pitiful thing is that he has also ruined the reputation of his online business (http://renepaolo.com/) for a few hundred dollars though I doubt it was genuine anyway - if it had been he wouldn't have been foolish enough to do this..

I've been talking with @fraenk about my claims. I'll send him some rock-solid evidence to back it up. I'm not pretending, because it is the truth. I didn't ruin the reputation of my business, @fraenk did so. If it's me who really made the scheme, I am not that foolish to even post my website in my profile. In the meantime, let's keep this peaceful until I send the proofs.
for the record, the "rock-solid evidence" was a single photo of two smiling guys holding up pieces of paper with the usernames @renepaolo and @hundreddays. Not sure what that was evidence for... maybe for the fact they can still smile after running this scheme?!
Also @renepaolo has completely failed to correct anything about the situation that he caused. All the rewards have been withdrawn. I was the one who had to release the list of accounts that were involved myself: [here]
This attitude just continues to make it worse.
