Hello Steemers,
How do you feel about reading a bit on the wonderful city of Florence and Tuscany area, Italy? A couple of years back I had the chance to visit this wonderful city and also be photographed by my best friend who loves photography...so a gallery of pictures will accompany my words..;-)
Florence is the center of the Tuscany area of Italy, the area which is much famous for its wonderful landscape, green areas and vineyards (oh...the wines I tasted there...). What also makes this gorgeous city special is its exquisite renaissance art and architecture. All we did during our visit was wonder around all day until late in the evenings and were amazed by each corner reflecting the old city buildings.
Since 1982, Florence is known by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site and attracts millions of tourists every year. It really offers everything. You can climb up to one of the city castles and gaze at the wonderful city view, you can enter into the gorgeous museums where among other pieces of art you will also find the famous David of Michelangelo (from 1501-1504) at the Galleria dell'Accademia, or just simply wonder around and let yourself explore the endless medieval art spread all around the city...just like the old famous Ponte Vechio arch bridge..

Oh, another thing you must remember if you visit Florence is its delicious aperitivo places...YAAAY
All you do in these places is order your favorite drink and then you are free to "steel " as much yummy finger food as you want
After having your aperitivo, you shall embark and enjoy some live music in a nice cozy atmosphere where the loud Italians will be enjoying their dance ;-)
Finally, I hope you enjoyed this post my dear Steemers. In case you haven't visited Florence/Firenze yet, please do so (after you visit Albania I just drop you off at the ferry to Italy haha) and feel free to hit me up with any questions about it.
Until my next post, I remain looking forward to read your stories.
Keep steeming 'cause it's so much informing and fun,
