First snow in the end of January

Well, the real Russian winter has come. Snow poured, temperature dropped to normal values. Last night it was -18 degrees Celsius.
I am glad of this, although now I have to get into a cold car in the morning and freeze in the street. But everything around was really beautiful and white. It should be so in the Russian winter.
The main thing is that the sun would shine. In autumn and early winter it was difficult with the sun. The sky is constantly covered by clouds and all the time it was cloudy. And only in the last days the sun began to appear. Apparently this is due to the anticyclone, which finally brought cold.
You ask what to do when it is cold outside - and I will answer. You need to dress warmer and go outside. Just walk and enjoy the beauties of Russian nature. So I went on such a walk.

Today I just drove a little out of town to see how the snow lies on the fringes of nearby forests.
As always - the main direction of movement towards the city of Yaroslavl.
I drove out of town and stopped several times along the road to get out and take some photos.
Good winter Russian nature. Snow fell towards the end of January. If the ingenious Russian poet Pushkin in his novel in the poems "Eugene Onegin" has a line that "it snowed only in January on the third night." This makes it clear that at the beginning of the nineteenth century it also happened that winter did not come for a long time. Maybe it's some kind of weather cycle, maybe global warming, but the fact remains. The weather is changing.

Despite this, we need to enjoy what we have. And now we have a beautiful Russian winter.
