Hey Steemians,
Today I want to report you about a wonderful little hike along the beautiful Stuibenfalls in Reutte, Tyrol, Austria. The Stuibenfalls can be found not far from the German-Austrian border near Füssen, below the Plansee in Reutte.
Heute möchte ich euch von einer traumhaften kleinen Wanderung entlang der wunderschönen Stuibenfälle in Reutte, Tirol, Österreich berichten. Die Stuibenfälle findet man, nicht weit entfernt von der Deutsch-Österreichischen Grenze bei Füssen, unterhalb des Plansees in Reutte.
With just under 3 square kilometers of water surface, the Plansee is the second largest lake in Tyrol. Due to the many tourist offers such as boat trips, swimming, sailing, diving or fishing and the wonderful picture book landscape, the area around the Plansee is usually very crowded due to the season. So if you are looking for some peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds, you are in good hands with the Stuibenfalls. 😉
Der Plansee ist mit knapp 3 Quadratkilometer Wasseroberfläche der zweitgrößte See in Tirol. Durch die vielen Touristischen Angebote wie Schiff fahren, Schwimmen, Segeln, Tauchen oder Angeln und die traumhafte Bilderbuchlandschaft ist die Gegend rund um den Plansee saisonbedingt meistens sehr überlaufen. Wer daher etwas Ruhe abseits der Touristenmassen sucht, ist bei den Stuibenfällen gut aufgehoben. 😉
The best way to start the hike along the beautiful Stuibenfalls is at the Reutte power station. There is a small parking lot for hikers where you can start your tour. Incidentally, the electrical power plant supplies the entire region with electricity from the Plansee and the Stuibenfalls. 💦⚡
Die Wanderung entlang der wunderschönen Stuibenfällen fängt man am besten am Elektrizitätswerk von Reutte an. Hier gibt es einen kleinen Wanderparkplatz an dem man seine Tour starten kann. Das E-Werk versorgt übrigens die komplette Region mit der Wasserkraft aus dem Plansee und den Stuibenfällen mit Strom. 💦⚡
From the hiking car park, simply follow the Ministersteig towards Plansee. We pass many beautiful small and large waterfalls, wonderful watercourses and some natural pools. So if you are looking for a little cool down in summer, you will find many options here. 👍
Vom Wanderparkplatz aus folgt man einfach dem Ministersteig in Richtung Plansee. Dabei kommen wir an vielen wunderschönen kleinen und großen Wasserfällen, traumhaften Wasserläufen und einigen natürlichen Pools vorbei. Wer also im Sommer eine kleine Abkühlung sucht, findet hier viele Möglichkeiten. 👍
The Stuibenfalls are also a popular destination for cliff jumpers or canyoning enthusiasts. Depending on the season and the time of day, you can watch exciting abseiling along the gorge or fantastic jumps into the deep water. In the Internet you can find many providers of guided canyoning tours along the Stuibenfalls in Reutte, if someone is looking for something adventurous. 😉
Die Stuibenfälle sind auch ein beliebtes Ziel für Klippenspringer oder Canyoning begeisterte. Jeh nach Saison und Tageszeit kann man hier also spannende Abseilaktionen entlang der Schlucht oder fantastische Sprünge ins tiefe Wasser beobachten. Im Internet findet man viele Anbieter für geführte Canyoning Touren entlang der Stuibenfälle in Reutte, falls jemand etwas Abenteuer sucht. 😉
The circular hike along the Stuiben Falls is an easy tour with a distance of approx. 5 km and a walking time of almost 2 hours. So you can also use the small route to end the evening and relax after a larger mountain tour.
Die Rundwanderung entlang der Stuibenfälle ist mit ca. 5 km Strecke und einer Gehzeit von knapp 2 Stunden eine leichte Tour. Somit kann man die kleine Route auch nutzen um nach einer größeren Bergtour hier den Abend ausklingen zu lassen und sich zu entspannen.
