TRAVEL TIPS | 8 How to Packing Simple with Carrier.

Hello steemian lovers..
Some people who are new to climbing are often confused with luggage. While climbing, my friend Adventurer will be away from all the facilities and modernization that usually enjoyed with ease. Natural conditions in the mountains are not predictable, especially if the climb is done in time for days. You are expected to face all possibilities, such as extreme weather, wild animals, lack of water resources, and other natural challenges.

Therefore, the goods to be carried by the carrier must be properly considered. Packing carrier error will make the user difficult to take one of the goods in the carrier during the climb or damage some goods due to pile up by heavier items. Effective carrier packing will help ease the load carrying the carrier while climbing. Here is a Simple Packing Tips with Carrier that you can practice Adventurer.

1. Place goods that are light and soft first.

At the bottom of the carrier rests directly on the waist, therefore if my friend puts heavy and hard things will make the waist pain. Goods that fit at the bottom of the carrier that is sleeping bag / mat and clothes.

2. Prepare a waterproof bag for luggage.

Waterproof bags become important items prepared during the climb, especially during the rainy season. The akasaka buddy needs to pack the essential items into a waterproof bag like plastic before putting it in the carrier. The goal to be safe if the rain suddenly comes. Packing of items with plastic bags is also useful so that the luggage does not mix into one making it easier when taking.

3. Notice the laying of the mats / sleeping bag.

There are two types of mattress laying in a carrier that can be an adventure buddy's choice. First, the mat is placed inside the carrier. Can use mat as frame in carrier if you do climbing together. Second, being able to put a mat on the outside of the carrier if doing solo hiking or climbing alone because the mattress as the frame will take place.

4. Do not put burning carelessly.

Fuel is generally carried in the ascent of gas and spiritus. Liquid fuel is very risky leakage and wetting other goods. Therefore, place the fuel outside the carrier. Each carrier is generally equipped with two pockets on the right and left sides. The akasaka buddy can use one pocket for fuel storage.

5. Fill the middle with heavy items.

The adventurers can fill the middle of the carrier with medium to heavy items, such as tents, cookware, and logistics. If the items are placed in the middle, the load will feel light.

6. Place the items that are often needed on top of the carrier.

Place items that are often used at the top of the carrier, this aims to facilitate the retrieval at any time required. Such as cameras, medical supplies (P3K), gloves, headlamps, and other light items.

7. Water supply must be on top.

Water supply placed at the top aims to facilitate retrieval while on the go. By placing the drinking water at the top it can also unify the load at one point and can be distributed to all parts of the carrier.

8. Set the carrier position to balance.

Finally, the carrier arrangement should be balanced and comfortable. Do not forget to do a carrier balance test. Make sure the load is not one-sided. Check the straps to work properly. The bottom of the carrier should be above the hips so your shoulders are not too depressed.

That's some simple packing tips with a carrier that you can apply before you make the climb. By knowing the exact way packing, the carrier function can be maximized and you can climb comfortably.
