Some good news in the Southern District of New York. The judge has thrown out Jason Goodman's Counter-Claim in the Dave Acton lawsuit, in which supposedly I was named as a Defendant [despite never having been served any papers - see Jason Goodman "Crippled" by my Opening Legal Salvo]
In doing so the Judge upheld that our accurate reporting of Jason's role as CEO of Aerocine, the company that flew HD reconnaissance drones over Chernobyl around the time of the Maidan Revolution, was not in any way defamatory.

We know Jason Goodman has committed perjury in the past, such as telling the Judge in Virginia that he has never put anyone live on the air without their knowledge. This is in fact his trademark move. Here's video of him doing it to Congressional candidate Laura Loomer, who failed in her Florida bid:
Now it is alleged that Jason Goodman is reporting people to the police for blog posts. Is this what we've come to in the 21st Century? This is where humanity got after 25 years of the World Wide Web?
