As it was obvious from the ending of the previous season, the Targaryen civil war also known as the Dance of the Dragons, is here. Queen Rhaenyra is the Black and the chosen heir by king Viserys I, while her half-brother Aegon II was sat on the throne by the Green Queen – Queen Alicent of House Hightower after a misunderstanding on king's deathbed. In the show they choose not to address the Maester conspiracy theory which is strange, but instead went with dragons are not fully under control. Although the second season still could introduce the Maester conspiracy theory. But the lines are drawn.
In accordance with the civil war we have two sets of posters and trailers. The Black Trailer and the Green Trailer. Everyone must choose a side. I am excited for this. Which side are you on?
