Hi, today I have decided to write about the secrets of my vivacity, activity and always positive mood.
The secret lies in the saying: "In a healthy body - a healthy spirit" =). It is this concept that is the main thing in my views. Therefore, healthy food, physical activity, positive mood, and of course, the absence of bad habits is what I live and what I support!

Hello @maryna91 welcome to steemit. Thanks for sharing about your secret of your vivacity. I can also add a few things to that.. What you just said is also part of the wellness pyramid.. At the top of the pyramid is the Spirit and at the bottom of the pyramid is the food we eat for wellness.. All these contribute to the wellness and happiness that drives our day. I'll talk more about this tomorrow.

Kind of irrelevant to the post, but for the last few days I have been self studying the cyrillic alphabet - just for fun - and admittedly quite slowly, just read the cyrillic part of your title. I don't know whether I said it correctly but I'm pretty proud of myself.
And that's just two words. I have so much respect for people who can read and write in two alphabets...
