So, ladies and gentleman, there seems to be a bit of a problem.

Vimm.tv is a streaming service that connects to hive.blog and works decently well for chats and broadcasting for long periods of time. (Shoutout to their servers)
However, their "Terms of Service" don't allow full creative expression in broadcasting and their tactics are just shy of our friends over at Facebook and Twitter.
So, I'm going to be taking some time to experiment with different platforms, or try to work out some kind of agreement and terms with vimm.tv
And, I will try to broadcast to 3.speak, but let's be honest folks, if the traffic gets messed up because their servers are not equipped to handle it, my apologies in the future. It's not a dig on 3.speak, or vimm for that matter, they're both wonderful platforms, but not for our purposes.
I may just have to assemble a team and construct my own.

Vimm is a Honeypot... People don't realize how dangerous Canadians are to IT. They're sometimes way worse than CHina! Sometimes... I wish you luck finding ANY service out there that isn't run by a bunch of lying dimwits who just want popularity and money.

Look Frank, I'm all for you and your friends exposing the truth and stuff... But getting your channel removed for multiple DMCA take down notices has nothing to do with that, or that other time when you were planning attacks on other platforms from your chat.
Like we mentioned from the official accounts, we welcome your content, as long as it is yours. We don't censor anything, we just apply our CLEAR community guidelines.
If you don't want to play by the rules, just make your own platform. I'm sure you'll do fine!
About that last line... If we were after fame and money, we would be in a different kind of business. I run this service for the streamers, not for myself.

The issue was not that you were sharing the truth. The issue was that you were sharing content that was not your own. You are welcome to make a live stream and share the truth to the world. The problem is that you're doing so in such a way that it opens us up to all sorts of liability. Make your own videos, make your own content, make it live, and stream on our platform. You have read the Terms of Service, we have mentioned it to you, and yet you seem to ignore it. Frank, Hannah, and everyone else, we've been more than reasonable. We have tried to help steer you in the right direction. We are not your enemy, we are asking you to play by the rules set forth for everyone on the platform. Even our owners.
