#ulog - Day36 - DIY Chocolate Icecream for the Family!

Sweet afternoon fellow steemians!

Sharing you my experience of making homemade chocolate ice-cream. I have been planning to do this, with the urge to give way to my youngest son's request who keep on saying "Mi can we buy icecream please! "

Here's what I prepared for my chocolate ice-cream...

10pcs. of chocolates (melted after)
Choco powder
Condensed Milk
All purpose cream
With all the important things that I need for making my chocolate ice-cream.

*Mixed the melted chocolate with the condensed milk.
*Added the choco powder then manually mixed it.
*Refrigerated it while whipping the cream.

*Started whipping the all purpose cream for 5-10minutes

*Then manually put all together with the mixed choco powder, chocolate and condensed milk

*After putting it together then start mixing it using the hand mixer for around 5minutes to get good result.

*start putting the finish product to it's container.
*I'm just using colorful plastic bowls so that it will easily be served for the family.
*I just covered it with plastic and refrigerated for 6hours.

So fellows here's for my achievement, the finish product and delicious and yummy icecream.

Hope you'll like it and if ever you wanna try making your own homemade icecream please don't hesitate to do it, it's just very easy, although a bit awkward at first but you'll really feel the hapiness and love of doing it.

I'm actually planning of making Avocado icecream next time for my mother since that's her favorite.
