#Ulog Nº1 A Dessert Day!

in #ulog6 years ago
Hello dear ones #ulogger I share with you my experience making a delicious dessert. Today I woke up wanting to eat sweet, in the morning I dedicated myself to gathering all the ingredients I needed, until I finally got it together and I was very excited to order everything to start making my dessert, I tell you that this is the second time I made a cake and this time I wanted to make it with a chocolate filling, not to boast but it was very good (laughs).

To guide me a little with the filling I decided to seek help through online tutorials, I got a very interesting one where they explained the steps in detail.

Here are the ingredients I made it with.

5 cups of leavening flour.
500 grams of butter.
3 Cups sugar.
6 eggs.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
2 teaspoons vanilla
Lemon zest
2 cup milk

In a pan start with the sugar and butter, then add the eggs one by one, then I added the leavening wheat flour little by little, then the milk, vanilla and the last thing was the grated lemon zest that gives it a special touch.

Finally, sprinkle a cake pan with butter and sprinkle with leavening flour (to prevent the cake from sticking).

I recommend that you preheat the oven to 180ºC.

For the filling use

3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons of chocolate powder, shredded cocoa and chocolate powder (toddy)
3 tablespoons of butter , I put them in the microwave to melt
add 1 cup of water about 250ml

Mix all the ingredients in a small pot and then take it to a medium low heat stirring always so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pot when it starts to boil, let it boil, stirring always for 1 minute so that it looks like, when it looks like it will take on a darker color, remove it from the heat and use preferably still hot on top of the cake.

The filling is very easy and I recommend it.

Here we can see how to chop the cakes in several layers to fill them.

My dear #ulogs friends, thanks to @surpassinggoogle, for this great initiative and your great love.
