First we must take into account that "the earth" was not designed for "humans". This has undergone contrasting changes since its inception (for millions of years) and throughout that time lived many very varied species and especially other than humans (who have suffered extinction thanks to these changes). Therefore, humans can become extinct if the earth undergoes a catastrophic change.

Now understanding that (that humans are here at random), the rest of the universe was only created by chance of the interactions between mass and energy, therefore, it was not created for other organisms; rather, "other organisms are generated according to the environmental conditions of other systems in the universe"!

Do you believe in extraterrestrial?

I also!

The universe is not designed for one or several entities; the entities or organisms are "designed" according to the variation in the universe. Each one takes advantage of the universe in its own way and at its scale.

It should be noted that, without a universe, there is no existence of entities, so you can not "make" a universe "for" something that does not yet "exist" without it.

there are many planets similar to the earth, that is, there could also be life there, surely not equal to ours. Now, there are many systems in many galaxies where there could be life in different ways.
