Day 3 - Tobacco-free

in #vaping7 years ago

Many times I have tried to quit. I have tried gum, patches, and the last time, I experimented with vaping. This time I am vaping also, but I am ore well informed on how to do it, so it has made things easier.

I have been a smoker for 2/3 of my life. That is a long time, and very unhealthy.

The last time I tried to quit was about a year ago. I bought some nice shiny vape hardware, but had no idea how to use it properly. The guy at store offered to show me, but I am hard-headed so I played it off like I already knew....how hard could it really be.
Well...its not really that difficult to understand, but, if you do not read instructions, then you will not have the best time. 'Dry-hits' were common for me before, and I did not really know they could be avoided. I also would use the wrong wattage in my controllable tank, therefore, burned a few coils without realizing they have the recommended wattage stamped on the side.

My goal is to work down to lower amounts of nicotine, and gradually quit vaping also. I do not want to just trade one addiction for another. But, if I had to...I assume vaping is healthier, and cleaner.

great job....thanks for sheaning

for some reason it posted twice sorry.....

Yeah, it's definitely healthier. Some eliquids might make you cough, but there's no tar. Plus, if you gradually move down on the nicotine level, you're taking out the main problem left.
