Our first happy vegan bistro in our city

Hello, our names are Diego and Marcela. We live in Coyhaique, Chilean Patagonia. We have a little vegan bistro, the first 100% vegan in our city. The name is Indian Stone. We are in the indian stone street in a magic place were there is a big rock with the shape of the face of an indian and an indian girl at the top, resting. This has a beautiful legend that is related with Kooch the creator of the Patagonia. Down this rock is the Simpson River. One and a half block from the restaurant. This project started two years ago. By now we are the only workers plus my son that helps sometimes. We are a 4-table restaurant. Sometimes we have to put one more and at the summer we have four more at the outside. We try to have two tables at the same time, preferably with reservations because we are slow food and everything is fresh, like the bread that we make in the moment, soups made at the time, and all the menu. Of course sometimes we can't handle this and have more tables at the same time. We are autodidact and sometimes it becomes a little difficult, but even that, we have had too many good comments from almost 98% of the customers. First we wanted to show people that vegan food can be delicious and focus on a new concept of restaurant or bistro, the slow food. Fresh food that is very difficult to find, in a quiet, chill and relaxed place that you can enjoy our food in quality time. We have two slogans "Happy food for happy people" and "Eat flowers not animals" Sometimes we have just one table at the day, because we live in a very "not vegan" city. This is like most out of season, and in season comes tourists looking for the restaurant. So we are very happy with this project, in this time we fill our hearts more than our pockets but we want to start to change that because we know that people loved our food and we would love to expand this beautiful project that serves to people's health, animals and the world. So we would like to ask for your help because we started with our only savings, and now for the quarantine everything has stopped and we don't want to close also when we have to re-open we need another person to work and fix the kitchen.
