Great tips! thank you! I also checked out some of your earlier posts, and I love your approach to mindful eating. I support local and organic food, and am very conscious of what goes into my food. I'm always reading ingredients labels, lol! Tips like this will definitely come in handy :)

Thanks!

I definitely feel like food is one of the most important parts of our life to be mindful of. I'm moving towards creating a lot more kitchen-based content, as I want to start gathering the pictures & everything I need to launch a physical cookbook :-)

Following you, looking forward to more recipes like those date truffles.

Couldn't agree more! Thanks. I've followed you too :)

Hmm lemon cucumber. That's new to me. We love fermented foods. they are so good for you. Our next experiment is pickled red beets.

They're delicious! I've never seen one in a grocery store, but I know lots of people that grow them. They are delicious, great for you, and grow in MASSIVE numbers.

Fermented foods are the most important foods I think. I try to eat at least 3-4 different kinds of ferment each day.

Might look for some seeds while we travel to Europe at the end of summer. Thanks for sharing and fermented foods are the best!

Please pickle some garlic. Its super good when its still hard and spicy. Then drag said garlic down to Astoria.

I LOVE pickled garlic! Astoria huh?

It makes for amazing dip as well, just the garlic, its juice, tahini, salt & pepper.

Thanks for these amazing tips @kennyskitchen! Never heard of lemon cucumber before, it looks really amazing! I've just checked it out!
I love doing pickles too, it bring a great touch to my dishes!
Thanks again!
@progressivechef

You're very welcome @progressivechef!

They are such a delicious food. If they can grow where you live, I highly recommend growing some.

Not sure abt it, but I will surely make some research on this lovely food!

Never heard of the Lemon Cucumber. I thought at first you were going to turn Lemons into pickles. My bad.

Great tips on eating organic and healthy. Love it!

Ya, it seems like most people have never heard of them. Personally, I like them a lot better than the mainstream cucumbers. They're juicier, have a better flavor, and you can eat them like an apple :-)

Thanks for your support!

Great video. Pickles are supposed to be healthy. They are tasty for sure.

Pickles are great for you, as are just about any probiotic (fermented) foods :-)
