RE: If you are not a vegan, you should watch this video

Totally agree with that.
For me, is ethically moral kill animals to eat. And about the killing plants, what I mean is, even when we eat vegetables we are killing them. I’m not doing a comparison, just said that for the answer of you telling, even with less pain and suffering we kill animals to feed ourselves, yeah, as like any other person who eat something that isn’t artificial made.

Plants has life as any other, the difference is that they aren’t archetype looks as us, like insects, that is why is easy to kill them but not animals, for some people

When I eat a banana or orange off a tree I don't kill the tree. It still has roots.

Well, I could get that idea to tell about the eggs, since they aren't chicken yet.

Eggs are high in exogenous cholesterol. Do your research on non-egg funded studies and find out if cholesterol is something you really want to be putting in your body.

I already did, and as the Mind Diet book, based in more than 25 researches shows, that the colesterol isn’t that bad that you, besides, colesterol plus exercises is one of the keys to longevity.
However as the studies shows, margarine is so bad for our body as canola or soya oils, but butter isn’t.

Cholesterol isn't bad for you like smoking cigarettes isn't bad for you. Smoking 1 a day prob won't kill you, but over 20-30 years it adds up.

Do a comprehensive review of all the evidence, including some Vegan videos on youtube. You'll get a more complete story. You need to look at all sides honestly to see the truth.

This study shows why we need hdl and ldl cholesterol in our body, and how the ingestion of that both cholesterol added to exercises improve our cognitive performance.

Penelope K. Elias et al., “Serum Cholesterol and Cognitive Performance in the Framingham Heart Study”. Psychosom Med., v. 67, n. 1, jan./fev. 2005

This study shows the reducing levels of cholesterol having a negative effect in our brain, increasing our probability of having Alzheimer in more than 80%.

M. Mulder et al., “Reduced Levels of Cholesterol, Phospholipids, and Fatty Acids in Cerebrospinal Fluid of Alzheimer Disease Patients ARE Not Related to Apolipoprotein E4”. Alzheimer Disease Associated Disorders, v. 12, n. 3, set. 1998

As I said, the cholesterol isn't the villain that people said, the lack of exercise is. All the researches that shows the LDL levels being a problem doesn't has made a stratification between people who did exercises and people who doesn't. That is the evidence that I have, please, show your evidence too, and we can compare than and see what is wrong and right in both of them.

Mic the Vegan is a pretty good source. He goes into some studies in this video.

A lot of your studies are prob funded by egg people.

But my favorite Doctor is Neal Barnard.

Short version:

The USDA has come out on Neal Barnard's side stating you should eat as little cholesterol as possible.

Here's the long version:
