Evangelical pastor Javier Bertucci announced his presidential candidacy
Pastor Javier Bertucci, National Director of El Evangelio Cambia, announced on Sunday his candidacy for the Presidency of the Republic.
Javier bertucci :
"I have decided to put my name as an option for the next presidential elections, come days of glory for this country (...) My flag will be hope and my future will be faith," said Bertucci in a live broadcast, from an event held in Valencia Carabobo state.
The pastor said that "the country will have to prepare to listen every Sunday in the national chain to the message of salvation," he said.
He hopes to formalize his candidacy before the National Electoral Council (CNE) on February 21st.
Pastor Bertucci expressed his desire to ask for help from the international community in order to get out of the crisis that the country is going through. During the electoral campaign, the Maranatha church will be under the leadership of Pastor Francisco Barrios.
